Joe is the founder of Upscope, the co-browsing software that lets support and sales teams see a customer's screen and guide them through it in real time — no downloads, no awkward screen-share setup.
LiveDocument is built at Upscope, and it grew out of the same belief that powers the co-browsing product: the fastest way to help someone understand something is to show them in context, not to tell them and hope it lands.
He writes here occasionally about documents, sharing, and the software behind them.
