sending and to whom. A meeting agenda or a public brochure, no problem. A signed
contract, a financial model, a board pack, an offer letter, anything with
personal or commercial data in it, not really. The second a file leaves your outbox you have lost control of it. When I was
running go-to-market at DataBees and WaterFull I fired off proposals, reports and
decks as attachments all day, and the honest truth is I had no idea who opened
